Susie Xiao - Sales Manager - Meet the People Behind Quantium
Susie Xiao – Sales Manager

Before she came aboard Quantium, Susie was a Sales Team Lead – Greater China at SS&C Intralinks, working with prestigious clients across Northern China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. Her prior private equity and M&A research at Mergermarket makes her a knowledgeable, go-to resource for private equity managers looking to revolutionize their fund, portfolio management and investor servicing systems.

What is your favourite thing about working in sales at Quantium?

I enjoy working with private markets leaders and seeing their genuine excitement when they experience Quantium in action. Many have struggled for years with clunky, inefficient software and just weren’t aware that there are now better, more modern solutions available on the market. I love that by introducing Quantium, I can equip GPs and LPs with the tools they need to do their jobs effectively and make their professional lives 10x easier!

Ee Fai Kam - Client Solutions Team - People Behind Quantium
Ee Fai Kam – Principal, Client Solutions

Ee Fai was one of the first members of Preqin’s Singapore team, joining them in 2010. He led Preqin’s research strategy and managed its operations in Asia Pacific, successfully setting up offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney, Manila and Guangzhou. His role at Preqin also included producing value-add content, conducting workshops for key clients and representing the firm at conferences and events.

What is your favourite thing about working at Quantium?

I can’t just pick one! Two words: people & product. On the people front, I’m surrounded by an incredibly talented and committed team. As the saying goes “iron sharpens iron” – I love that as much as I am giving, I am also receiving. We have a terrific product that is truly revolutionary, helping our clients solve real-world problems. It delights me to see our clients having their minds blown every time we introduce our capabilities!

Rae (Rui) Tan – Assistant Vice President, Client Solutions

Before Quantium, Rae was a fund accountant in New York working for a fund administrator firm with over $5 billion Assets Under Administration, during which she gained extensive experience in private equity, venture capital and RE fund financial bookkeeping and reporting.

What is your favourite thing about leading the Development team at Quantium?
I love the spirit of innovation we have at Quantium. Our product is transforming business operations for GPs and LPs all over the world, which is a really exciting journey I’m proud to be a part of! I also enjoy the opportunity to work directly with clients and help them tackle difficult problems with our software – it’s very fulfilling to see the end result, whether it’s saving our clients hours of manual data entry or suggesting a creative way to structure their funds.
