Bio

Rae Tan is a fund accounting specialist with considerable client-facing and project management experience. She has extensive knowledge on fund accounting, including waterfall, rebalances, transfers and much more.

Previously, Rae was a fund accountant in New York working for a fund administrator firm with over $5 billion Assets Under Administration, during which she gained extensive experience in private equity, venture capital and RE fund financial bookkeeping and reporting.

Rae holds a M.S. degree in Accounting from Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a B.S. degree in Accounting from Lehigh University in USA.
