A: Recovering Your Investor Portal Password

If you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it, follow these easy steps to regain access to your investor portal.

Step 1
Visit your investor portal’s unique URL. Your fund manager will have provided you with a unique URL to access the investor portal. Navigate to this URL in your web browser.

Select “Forgot your password“. Once you’re on the login page of the investor portal, look for the “Forgot your password” option. This is found below the password field near the “Login” button.

Click on this option. Then, confirm your email and click “Submit”.

B: Not Receiving OTP Email from Activation Link

If you’ve clicked on the activation link sent to your email and haven’t received the OTP (One-Time Password) email for two-factor verification (2FA) purposes, don’t worry!

Follow the simple steps below to ensure you receive the email and can proceed with the activation process.

Step 1: Check your Junk/Spam folder

  1. Open your email inbox.
  2. Locate and click on the “Junk” or “Spam” folder, usually found on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Look for an email from “admin@quantium.pe” containing your OTP.
  4. If you find the email, move it to your inbox to ensure future emails don’t end up in the Junk/Spam folder.

Step 2: Whitelist “admin@quantium.pe

To prevent future OTP emails from being marked as spam, whitelist “admin@quantium.pe” in your email account. Follow the instructions below, depending on your email provider.

Microsoft 365:

  1. Log in to your Microsoft 365 account and open Outlook.
  2. Click on the gear icon (Settings) in the upper-right corner.
  3. In the search bar, type “Junk” and select “Junk e-mail settings.”
  4. Under “Safe senders and domains“, click “Add.”
  5. Enter “admin@quantium.pe” and click “Save.”

Google Workspace:

  1. Log in to your Google Workspace account and open Gmail.
  2. Click on the gear icon (Settings) in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select “See all settings“.
  4. Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.
  5. Click “Create a new filter“.
  6. In the “From” field, enter “admin@quantium.pe.”
  7. Click “Create filter“.
  8. Check “Never send it to Spam” and click on “Create filter” again.

Step 3: Request a new OTP email

If you still haven’t received the OTP email after completing steps 1 and 2, it’s possible that there was a temporary issue with the email delivery service. As we use SendGrid Premium with a dedicated IP, such incidents should be rare. However, you can try requesting a new OTP email:

  1. Go back to the activation email sent by your fund manager.
  2. Click on “Activate your investor portal account.”
  3. Check your inbox for a new OTP email.
